What we Offer
At 405 Lacrosse, we welcome players of every experience level. Whether your athlete is picking up a stick for the first time or competing at a high level, our programs are designed to help players learn, grow, and enjoy the game.
FREE NEW PLAYER CLINICS
Introductory clinics for athletes who are brand new to lacrosse. Players learn the basics in a fun and welcoming environment.
LOCAL LEAGUES
Opportunities for players to compete, develop skills, and build confidence while playing against teams in the Oklahoma area.
ELITE TRAVEL TEAMS
Higher-level teams that compete in regional tournaments and provide advanced competition for experienced players.
SKILL & PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Training sessions focused on improving stick skills, speed, conditioning, and overall game performance.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
One-on-one training with our coaches to help players improve specific skills and continue developing their game.
